Great service and food. The staff if very friendly. Go sit down relax and watch the planes. Lunch won't break the bank either.
Delish fun entertaining . We missed lunken days and the lady was kind enough to take us out on the runway to see the b16 that was getting ready for take off
The place serves large portions and for affordable rates. welcoming staff members. Keep it up.
Sky Galley is one of the original Mom and Pop restaurants left in Cincinnati and the only one with a veiw of historic Lunken airport. Lots of historical photos, friendly people, cold beer, good food at a reasonable price. Come and try it out you won't be sorry.
Server did such a good job waiting our table that I think she might be psychic. Food was good, view was phenomenal. If the city cancels their lease, there'll be pitchforks at City Hall.
Wonderful food, good selection, good service and great views, especially if you like planes. Stop by, grab a bite to eat, check out the historic Lunken Terminal and watch a few planes go by. It's well worth it!
Such a unique place with a rich history and beautiful views. The food is great. Staff are warm, friendly, and pretty good. Food is just a tiny bit over priced. $12 for burger and side... but the burger wasn't a pressed piece of meat, someone made the patty.
I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this fine place. Well we had a fabulous evening and the place was absolutely the reason for this outstanding event. The stuff helped in a gorgeous manner, the cooking was appetizing and my friends were so glad. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.
Never knew this place existied until a co worker mentioned it to me. Service was great and I enjoyed the food. Nice watching the planes as well. Overall great experience.
I love this old airport, with its Cincy history bits all around. The Wright Bros., Charles Lindbergh, and The Beatles and others came here when it was the city's main airport. It seems so much more friendly than the big farm down in KY that replaced it. The Sky Galley is sunny and service is fast. My Cobb salad was fresh and tasty.
Great atmosphere and good restaurant good. Goetta is about as creative as the menu gets but go for the atmosphere and to take a look at the interesting aircraft that are always landing and taking off. Always a nice wait staff. I've eaten here at least twenty times. I hope you like it, too.
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a fun spot to stop in for a bite to eat. The staff is quick to place orders and get food out. The prices were comparable to quality. The restaurant is a bit sparse but makes up for in location. The food was a fair quality.
Nice atmosphere out on the patio, watching the planes land and takeoff. Excellent service. Good food variety.
Really nice place to eat.
The main feature of this place is the large window looking out over part of a runway. It's not used very often, but it's still a nice view. The food is secondary to the atmosphere, but not too expensive and tastes fine. It is definetly aimed toward more senior taste buds though.Apparently you can play Keno here as well.
Very cool spot to stop and grab a bite. We came to the area visiting the Aquarium and stumbled upon this place when looking for a place to eat before heading back to Indianapolis. Great view, good food, fair pricing, and helpful staff.
Not too shabby!Great service.Meatloaf sandwich maybe could have used a little salt. And the hoagie bun was nothing special. But the gravy (instead of marinara) was very good.Great chips.See you soon
History & good American eats. I enjoy the Caesar side salad, turkey club & whiskey on the rocks. Watchin the rain on the runway is a great way to end a long week.
Food was excellent. We has taco salads and a cod dinner. They were very large delicious portions. Service was good and atmosphere was fun with cute decorations and costumes. It was enjoyable watching the planes taking off and landing.
Delicious food, beautiful view. Two people in my party got fish and chips (the fish dinner with fried fish and fries), and it was SO good. I got the pulled pork dinner, which was also quite excellent. We'll definitely be going back!
We love flying out to KLUK with the flight club. Very cool place to visit if you love aviation.
Really great food at reasonable prices, housed in a very cool historic art deco building. Take time to explore while you're here. Exciting views of the runways to watch the planes, too!
Great staff and food. I had salmon salad... amazing!
If you ever go there you should order their beacon cheddar burger it's great
Your going here because you like airplanes and the rich history of early flight and the architecture that supported it. The food matches the environment, a nice pairing. Diner style food in open restaurant atmosphere. I have enjoyed myself every time I’ve gone.
I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I got to say the customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.
This place is a hidden gem! They claim the best marina souce in the city. I agree! Had the blackened chicken pasta and the sauce was tremendous. Old school joint with tons of ambiance. Dog friendly on the back patio and they serve alcohol.
Great location, good food, friendly staff. I will miss it.
Been coming there for years with family. Some great memories with my grandfather. Please don't leave!
The food was wonderful,so good😜 the atmosphere was amazing! Loved watching the airplanes fly in and out while we dined
My hubby and i have been here many times as we live right down the street. Actually all their food is great. And service is very good also. Love this place.
Great location with a ton of history, and you are dining right next to the runway. I had the grilled chicken salad special served with a warn bacon vinaigrette and the portion was more than I could eat. The fresh brewed iced tea is excellent!
This place is great! Their menu has a ton of good items and a surprisingly robust seafood selection, their loaded fries and BBQ are worth the trip as well. Also, you can watch planes takeoff and land while you drink a draft beer and play keno.
Love this place. Friendly good food good for family. Lots of history there. Bartender the best been there long time. Great place for sitting out side n watching planes come n go.
One of my all time favorite local places!!So many great and unique food choices- but my favorite is the white wine garlic pasta with blackened chicken... so good!!!A great and historic Cincinnati landmark that has stood the test of time.Keep up the great work in this very challenging business.A great and cool throwback spot with great service and great food!Thank you!
Very good food and the service was quick for a sit down dining spot. Nice venue especially if you are near the windows looking out over the airfield.Big menu with a wide variety of food types.
Excellent burgers, beef and Turkey burgers. Service was quick and friendly. Great view of the take off and landing of planes. There's also a great museum and gift shop on the premises. We'll definitely go back.
By far the worst service ever!!!! Don’t bother coming. We flew 2.5hrs to come here for dinner, with the kids. The lady told us they wouldn’t serve us because it was 45mims before they close!!! Are you kidding me?!?! We even called before leaving to verify they were open and what time till, and told them the time of our arrival!
A very nice restaurant in a one-of-a-kind setting. I love sitting outside so my kids can watch the planes come and go. The food is delicious and well prepared, and the staff is too notch (especially Charlie and Serra). My 3 children, who are local experts, rate this as the top grilled cheese sandwich in all of greater Cincinnati. And they would know.
Excellent service. Nice selection of dinner options. Definitely recommend. Airport is interesting also
Love the art deco look of the old Lunken airport. This restaurant has been around in one form or another for many years. Good quality meals and the soup of the day is usually awesome.
Right at the Lunkin airport. Watch planes take off and land. Great food too.
Food was good, staff were friendly. But I did not love the outside seating. Pretty uncomfortable
The lady at the front counter is very straight forward and all business, but kind. She knew exactly what i was talking about in describing the problem with my chainsaw without much explanation. They did an EXCELLENT JOB with the repair of my chainsaw (new clutch and chain and tune-up) and had it back to me in four days at a reasonable price. They offer factory-authorized service for many different brands of equipment, and they are true professionals. I won’t take my equipment anywhere else.
First time there. Food was good. Saw some planes take off and land.
It was great to see a lot of people there today. It was some kind of celebration to keep it open. A great move, the food was great as well as the service. I am very happy that it will be open for time to come.It is a land mark, that needs to be of service to the community. It was greatJim West
I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I like how the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot neat all the time. Prices are affordable and they serve big portions.
I’m not sure how this place received so many good ratings. It was terrible. We sat on the patio. The chairs and tables were wobbly, uncomfortable and grimy. The food was equally bad. I got the soft pretzels. The beer cheese that came with them tasted strange. My kids got chicken fingers and fries. The chicken fingers were tough and overcooked, the fries were soggy and the bbq sauce tasted “funky”. I will never go back!
